The Mini Meals recipe book contains recipe ideas for healthy and interesting snacks for children. All recipes are based on fruits, vegetables, breads/cereals and dairy products. The recipes are un-cooked and easy to prepare. Involving your child in the preparation of these snacks will create excitement in the food and enthusiasm in eating them. To make the snacks even more interesting to children, each snack follows a theme. When making the snack, you can read the little story about the snack provided at the beginning of each section.
